Summary: Pros: Jean always responded within 30 minutes of my inquiries. The home was in a fantastic location and was incredibly clean, including the hot tub, which is top priority for me and my family. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which is a rarity at rentals.Cons: We couldn't give it a 5 star rating because of several little things that were disappointing, but not deal breakers: The grill was not clean, so we couldn't use it. The lawn hadn't been mowed in about two weeks. The hot tub was awesome, but there was not any lighting that we were aware of near the hot tub, which made locating flip.flops and placing the cover back on a bit challenging in the dark. We would have liked to use a full size skillet as well as a lid to the large cooking pot. And we did not use the garbage disposal as it made an odd noise the first time we turned it on. A little caution for those who may stay here with children: the upstairs attic room/door is off to the side of the stairs, so it could be tricky or dangerous for littles to navigate in the dark.Again, our overall stay was very positive and we would recommend the home to others.
