Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located newly renovated home. South Park is a buzzing neighborhood with lots to do. It's home to some of the best restaurants, cafes, & shops in San Diego. Including Shawarma Guys, the most reviewed food truck on all of Yelp just a few blocks away! South Park is also a quick 6 min drive to Downtown, The Gaslamp Quarter, the Zoo, Balboa Park, and Balboa golf course. You can be at the airport, Petco Park, or the beach in 10 minutes or Coronado in 15!
The space
This is a beautiful and renovated bungalow-style home in South Park. It is a two-bedroom and one bathroom house. There is comfortable seating in the living room and there is a dining room that fits four. One of the best parts of visiting San Diego is our beautiful weather and the fact that we can dine al fresco all year round. We have a dining table that sits six outside along with a comfortable outdoor sofa and a love seat that surrounds a fire pit. The master room has a king bed and television in the room. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
Guest access
South Park is a very walkable neighborhood. There is tandem parking in the driveway where two cars will fit. There is also plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area. You can also access public transportation on 30th street.
