This home was built by the owners as golfers, for golfers, knowing exactly what you need to create the perfect experience at the nations top golf destination in North Carolina.
As for the titled relaunch, the property was formerly one of the top vacation rentals in the area, and the owners are taking over property management directly to offer premium service for our guests starting October 1, 2024. This requires a new listing, but we can assure you that your vacation will be absolutely pristine!
The prime location of this charming home is roughly 2 miles away The Pinehurst Country Club and Village, and just a short 4 miles to Downtown Southern Pines where you can enjoy all the entertainment and food these historic towns have to offer.
When you’re done after a long day of golfing and shopping, you can continue making memories and enjoying your time in the golf enthusiast themed 6 bedroom home. The professionally installed private putting and chipping green is the standout feature of the home and is sure to impress golfers of all ages with family type fun. In addition to this, Chipping-Inn also provides various amenities such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s equipped with Roku and Cable TV, a Golden Tee arcade cabinet, shuffle board table, 2 ping pong tables, an outdoor spacious deck & fire-pit, washer and dryer, Induction stove, and even a felt poker table for your entertainment.

Inside is nearly 4,000 Sq feet of living space which is perfect for hosting and conversation with an open layout floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dining essentials that you’ll need to cook up your favorite family recipes. There is ample seating for everyone in your group to enjoy meals together with a formal dining table (seats 10) and island bar (seats 4). Just outside of the kitchen is a large open and outdoor deck plan with a patio table and umbrella (seats 8).
