Launching in March 2024 following an extensive refurbishment , Castle Rings is a stunning Country residence situated in West Parley
Surrounded by uninterrupted views, 15-20 minutes from Bournemouth/Poole, located near Parley Manor and Deans Court Wedding venues.
With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and one sofa bed we can host up to 16 guests.
Large sociable open plan kitchen with all the modern amenities and french doors leading out to the lawns, specially crafted dining table that can seat everyone in your group with cosy lounging area and log burner. There is a separate Den just off the dining area, perfect for the kids to have their own space or the men to watch the TV!
The adults lounge is beautifully decorated in calming tones and large enough for small gatherings, think pre-dinner drinks or relaxing in front of the log burner.
Large utility area with downstairs toilet and shower room.
Located on the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sofa bed and a further 3 bedrooms as well as a large main bathroom.
The second floor has a further 3 bedrooms and one large main bathroom.
In designing the outside we wanted to make sure there was something for everyone...Large outdoor seating area- perfect for alfresco dining, kids play area and the piece de resistance is our Spa Pool which will have a sail type awning so can still be used if the weather is not being kind.
The house also boasts easy access to some lovely country walks with even a pathway to the local Pub, The Pear at Parley and a few minutes away
