About this Space:
Look no further if you are wanting a true eclectic Island experience with a
super fun/cool retro vibe! While this is not a brand new remodel, it has been
thoughtfully furnished for a large family to gather all under one roof!
3 full levels to create unforgettable family memories while avoiding the
“cookie cutter” Crate & Barrel boring decor that all looks the same :) Please
note there is no pool here at this time
Thank you so much for considering our Dolphin House! We hope you will enjoy
our home. Please understand this is not a brand new remodel - it has character
and some flaws & is not new. The backyard is closed at this time -
unfortunately as we are redoing the pool this fall, we are sorry about this!
Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee - please inquire!

Very close restaurants include Grapevine Cafe for great breakfast or lunch,
the Baked Bear for some awesome ice cream cookie sandwiches, and F&B; for
further fine dining
We have “some” Chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon to
cart it all in available for your use (we can’t say exactly what will be there
but guests are invited to use whatever they find - this stuff can disappear so
we do NOT guarantee it - bring if you want a 100% guarantee

The Nuts & Bolts:
Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and
trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan
accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick
cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the house too but not unlimited nor
restocked
For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at
our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. We answer phones 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week a rare thing for a host
Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. As we have a strict
cancel policy, please ask questions before booking to avoid any
disappointments. We are glad to answer you - just message us here.
This home is located at 108 E Dolphin St on the island. Our property is
professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd,
open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance.
Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle and a max of
4 vehicles are allowed.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and
present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior
to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you
are not 25 for us to comply with property rules
We do offer off season discounts as well as active military, Vet, and tackle
football coach discounts. Inquire - we would be happy to assist and host you!
While we want you to have fun, this is not a party property and we do security
patrol this home at night , FYI.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID
after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to
arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and
attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to
the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide
door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing
down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in,
contact our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you.
Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm
to 9 am. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions
Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon
request.
