It features a well- equipped modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dual coffee maker (single k-cup or pot, )washer & dryer, central air and an open kitchen/dining/living room area with Spectacular Views of the Ocean. Enjoy sitting on your private balcony absorbing the magnificent views & sounds of the ocean and the master bedroom overlooks the ocean with access to a large balcony. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom features a double bed & a twin bed. The Living Room Sofa is a Queen Sleep Sofa.
The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators, outside shower, handicap ramps and assigned parking for 1 car. Close to everything. Park the car for the week and Enjoy!
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property to add to your reservation. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo.
