In the Contemporary Tavern space, once entering the home you will be greeted with an all-inclusive styled escape. This unit offers you everything you need. When first entering the home, you will need a smart phone to access entry points within the community. After you've entered the community, the unit provides you with a keyless entry to access the most unforgettable stay!
Once you've arrived to the unit, you will be greeted with all the comforts of a contemporary home including an open concept kitchen and dining room, conversation room, and HD television.

No smoking is allowed on property. Guests smoking will incur a $200 fine + damages, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reported.
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Parties will incur a $500 fine, an automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reported. We are in a peaceful residential area, so please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place between 11:00pm - 8:00am.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in a $200 fine + damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reported.
We do not accept mail for guests here. Please make arrangements to pick up your packages from a 3rd party pick up location.
