Here, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of serenity and convenience, just a short stroll from State Street's lively shops, theaters, restaurants, and bars. You're also a quick walk from Alice Keck Park (affectionately called the “turtle park”), Alameda Park, the Santa Barbara Mission, and the iconic Santa Barbara Bowl.
Our romantic hideaway is set back from Laguna Street, down a winding garden path and over a charming footbridge, offering rare privacy and quiet in a central location. Inside, the sun-filled main floor features mid-century modern décor and curated artwork, with an open-concept living and dining area that's perfect for unwinding or intimate entertaining with a cozy fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and a couch with three chairs. The light-filled kitchen offers modern appliances, ample storage, a high-top table and chairs, and stone countertops and is ideally set up for creating a delicious meal for friends or family.
Upstairs, the airy and stylish primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a large King bed, end-tables, a flat-screen TV, and mountain views, complete with an adjoining office/lounge area outfitted with a full-size executive desk, ultra-wide curved screen, docking monitor, and views of the Riviera hills and city landmarks. (Upon request, the office can be arranged with a queen air mattress, a child's bed, or a crib.) The newly remodeled bathroom features a teak vanity with a marble countertop and a spacious walk-in shower.
The lower level features secure parking in a private, attached garage, a spacious laundry area, and a convenient guest bathroom.
