This lovely townhome will start its first rentals in September 2023. It includes a fireplace, bar, gas grill with outdoor seating, two desks with chairs and monitors, full kitchen complete with all new kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. We have made this a home away from home, so you have everything you need. It also offers a backyard that backs up to Frederickson Park providing plenty of space to be outside with walking paths through the park to Notre Dame. This home features new quartz countertops and a garage with two additional parking spots in the driveway and neighborhood parking. The home is equipped with Sonos speakers throughout. Finished basement – perfect for kids with bunk beds that sleep 6 and a second family room.
THE SPACE
The main level includes a two-car garage, entry way, a dining table that seats 8, a kitchen with 4 barstools at the island, a family room with couch and two chairs, a half bath, a bar, and a patio, grill and backyard.
This beautiful townhome on the second level has a primary king en suite with a deck and desk, a king guest bedroom, a queen guest bedroom with a desk, a full bathroom and laundry room. There is a Graco Pack-N-Play as well.
The lower level has a 4th bedroom that includes two twin over full bunk beds, a family room with sectional couch, and full bath. It includes a large TV, xbox and games.
We want you to enjoy your time at Notre Dame so we selected all new furniture and amenities with guests in mind. This is a wonderful home to come and relax and enjoy South Bend and Notre Dame exploring campus and cheering on the Fighting Irish. There is open space for families and friends to enjoy time together and play games. We have keyless entry, so it is easy to come and go.
We also have Wifi and TVs on each floor and in the garage – perfect for a tailgate.
Ninja Keurig Coffee maker provided with multiple options for coffee pots and pods. Other appliances include a microwave, toaster oven and Ninja blender. Includes Pack N Play and baby gates.
We are 4 blocks from Starbucks and 3 blocks from Trader Joes.
