CASA DEL MAR is a charming, recently remodeled condominium home. Located in the heart of the San Clemente, it’s perfectly situated right on Avenida Del Mar (downtown San Clemente) between the beach, & pier and restaurants and shopping…all within walking distance! Nicely sized rental for one or two couples or a young family. It’s the perfect ‘home away from home’ for snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter or our ‘sunbirds’ wanting to escape the desert heat for a few months during the summer.
Is this a work / play stay? San Clemente is only 20 to 30 minutes from Aliso Viejo and Irvine. CASA DEL MAR is a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the first floor of a two story tri-plex located on the west or ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente and sleeps 4 comfortably. The newly remodeled kitchen is light and bright and offers newly painted cabinets, solid surface countertops, and new appliances. From the egg timer to the lobster pot this kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need!
INTERIOR: The family room is quite large and offers a flat screen TV with highspeed wireless internet. The dining area offers a bistro sized table with 2 chairs. There isn’t central air conditioning but with all the ocean breezes – who needs it! There is central heat with ceiling and floor fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay. This vacation home also offers a shared, coin operated full size washer & dryer with the other two tenants and a single parking space in a shared garage. There is plenty of street parking for you and your guests as well, no permit required.
CASA DEL MAR is within walking distance to dozens of shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and specialty shop opportunities. Historic Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano are within a 10 minute drive. Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside. There are local live theatres, cinemas, museums, petting zoos, and much, much more.
Our temperate climate is GREAT for all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, and horseback riding just to name a select few. For surfers and tourists alike our world renowned beaches are all worth exploring. Visit a different beach for every day of the week!
