This newly renovated three bedroom bungalow is located close to the sea and all amenities. Equipped to a high standard, offering ample indoor and outdoor space to make your holiday extra special and comfortable. The property benefits from a generator should a power outage occur.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with Egyptian cotton bed linen, Orthopaedic mattresses, parquet flooring, air-conditioning/heating, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, fly screens and floor fans. The Master en-suite has patio doors leading to the poolside covered terrace. All rooms are decorated with comfort and space in mind.
The lounge has patio doors leading to the poolside terrace, large smart TV, comfortable sofa and archway leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The garden and pool area are almost totally secluded with ample covered shaded area. Sunbeds are especially made therefore larger and wider than normal and very comfortable. There is a poolside bar, dining tables and chairs. Beach Towels are also provided.
For a 10+ night booking there is a weekly maid service, free of charge, to change bed linen, if required, towels, hoover and mop. This can also be arranged should guests require for a weekly booking at an extra charge. A welcome pack is provided and included in the booking fee. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
The fully fitted kitchen has a large seating area with patio door leading to the side terrace. A drinking water filter system is in place to ensure guests do not have to constantly buy bottled water. Simply fill up the water jugs provided and pop in the fridge. Also included is Nespresso coffee machine, Air Fryer and electric juicer, free Wi-Fi internet, 55" smart TV, bath and beach towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and off street parking.

A lot of thought has gone into accommodating guests to the fullest. We want all our visitors to have the best possible rest/dream holiday ever. We understand families with young children seat them in front of the tv with snacks. I do request that beach towels are put on the soft furnishings to avoid spillage and stains resulting in professional cleaning services which will be deducted from the guests deposit. Thank you

Getting here:
You have a choice of flying to Ercan airport (North Cyprus) with a transfer time of 25 minutes. Alternatively, for a wider choice of airlines, fly to Larnaca (South Cyprus) with a transfer time of 90 minutes. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire at cost.
Location:
The Summer Retreat 2 is within walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, bakery, café, cash point/bank and the Fez Restaurant and Bar, which offers weekly live entertainment. A fifteen minute drive will bring you to the stunning Kyrenia Town Centre with its many shops and beautiful harbour; Kyrenia Castle housing the oldest Shipwreck and the famous Bellapais Abbey, which is nestled in the mountain village with unique shops and restaurants.
The main turtle sanctuary of Alagadi is a 10 minute drive and the amazing Korinium Golf course is only a 15 minutes’ drive. Further afield is the Karpaz peninsula nature reserve with its spectacular scenery.
Whatever you are looking for The Summer Retreat 2 serves as a good centre point. The Capital, Nicosia (Lefkosa), is a 30 minute drive away and offers fabulous winding cobbled streets offering local wares, historical buildings and local local cafes and restaurants.
