Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.
This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.
NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me.
