Positive: The location was perfect and the house was very clean. It’s a beautiful home with wonderful amenities, comfortable beds and sofa. Nice tvs and fans in each room. The bathroom was beautiful and the entire home is beautifully designed. Perfect for my husband, 11 year old daughter, and me. There was a great toaster/air fryer oven which we used most of the time. VERY close to the beach, like one min to walk. Also close to the Balboa fun zone. We had some confusion about which door to use with the key from a lockbox when we arrived, and the owner responded immediately to help.
Negative: The only complaint I would have is that the stovetop did not work at the time we stayed there. We didn’t necessarily need it, but I just wish we had known before buying food that can only be cooked on a stovetop/frying pan. Eggs, pasta, Mac and cheese, etc. One other very small thing was there were no ice trays, or none that we could find. Again Not a big deal just a request to add one.
Summary: We loved the home and will definitely recommend and stay again next time we come visit Newport.
