This holiday home has plenty of room for the whole family with a very large bedroom and ensuite upstairs, and spacious living area downstairs. Take a short stroll to Dicky Beach, just a few metres up the road, or walk to Dicky Beach surf club. Just a few minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and restaurants to choose from and also a little further up the road, the famous Caloundra RSL. Whether it's a relaxing beach holiday that you are after, or a little more excitement, the Sunshine Coast and this particular location has everything you could want for the perfect holiday. The lounge room consists of one 3 seater and one 2 seater couch, 51cm television, DVD player and ceiling fan. The dining room consists of a dining table to suit 6. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, micowave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 2 seater couch, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 2 has a single bed and built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has 3 single beds, a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and pedestal fan. The bathroom consists of a vanity and shower.The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and pedestal fan. There is a large balcony off the main bedroom upstairs. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is a sizeable back yard which includes a BBQ and is pet friendly. Outdoor dog only. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted on the premises and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the family this home could be for you. Not the prettiest home in the street but there is plenty of room for everyone. Our very special Beach Shack!!!
