This house will easily accommodate 8 adults. 4 rooms have queen beds, there is also ample room for a portable queen bed, upon request.
Just off Hwy 16 and Catron for easy access to the hills! It is minutes from Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Hwy 16, Walmart, Mt Rushmore Road, and the Hospital. This location is also very convenient for getting to Custer State park, Mt Rushmore, Keystone, and Hill City fast.
If you are coming for sports, we are located approximate 5 minutes from ASA Parkview Girls Softball Complex and a short 10 minute drive from Fitzgerald Baseball field. The downtown experience is just a short drive also. This location really makes getting around about as easy as it gets.
There are 3 larger bedrooms and 1 standard sized bedroom (including a master with private bath). Living room upstairs and a large family room with fireplace downstairs. Beautiful landscaping. Cedar privacy fence around the entire back yard and two large adjoining decks and natural gas grill for entertaining. Features include WiFi, central air, laundry room. It has a larger than usual concrete pad on the west side of the driveway for an extra vehicle. Great view of Thompson Peak and the Southern Black Hills/Badlands.
The only things this home does not include is cable tv-and with all there is to do on your visit, you simply won't need it. The local channels are available.
This is our "live-in" home. While you are here, we are either camping or out at a tournament for our kids. I am a Kindergarten teacher so this is my summer gig. We are happy to share our home with you so that you can stretch out, cook a meal, and enjoy time together with friends/family without the regular hotel.
