All linens and blankets included. New kitchen which includes all dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Kerig coffee pot. Microwave also. Dining room. Pellet stove in living room and propane fireplace on front porch facing water for your morning water view. 1 bathroom including all towels and wash clothes. Municipal water system. 2 kayaks for your pleasure, 50 ‘ sandy shoreline for your swimming pleasure right at your front door. 64’ dock for your boat. Boaters beach and Lake Ontario right across the pond. The famous wigwam ( dock to use for your boat) restaurant and Eddies cove( which you have to drive to) for your eating pleasures. The best sunsets in the world right here at Sandy Pond. Salmon fishing in the Spring and Fall, and ice fishing in the winter. New hybrid barbecue grill lp/charcoal.
