I have poured a lot of love and dedication into this house. It is spacious, modern and comfortable, besides the 4 bedrooms there is a massive living room with TV and sound system, music library, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, work space/office, outdoor patio, BBQ grill and hotpot. I cannot list of type of hotpot we have at this property via VRBO's available choices but this is a very common type of outside hot tub in Iceland, it is filled with geothermal heated water.

We are in a calm neighborhood, near the geothermal pools, great supermarket open 24/7 and just a few minutes drive from Reykjavík, lots of bus stops around as well if you need that option.

Summary: My husband's family came with us to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Iceland has been a bucket list location for both me and my mother-in-law, so we were very happy with the location of this property. It was very easy to travel back and forth to the main city/downtown and there was a 24hr gocery store literally around the corner within walking distance. The propert suited the 6 of us just fine, though some of the rooms don't have a designated place for luggage/clothes stoarage, but we managed just fine. I will recommend that if you book really early from the time of your stay, to reach out to the owner just to reconfirm any special arrangements you have made as we had a few hiccups with our check-in, but it still worked out very well. All-in-all we had a wonderful time and the property was great for what we needed.
