This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.
Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Hawaii has been our home for more than 50 years and we have lived in Kailua for most of that time. Our wish is that you have a wonderful vacation in Beautiful Kailua!

Summary: ここで3泊してカイルアを満喫しました。建物自体は古いですが、よく手入れされていてきれいで快適でした。洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋にあるのは最高。毎日の洗濯の手間が省けました。常備品の電熱ヒーターはパワー不足でお湯が沸騰しなかったのでラーメンは電子レンジで作りました。お湯を沸かすのも常備品の計量カップを使い、電子レンジでチン。電子レンジバンザイ!唯一気になったのは音漏れ。隣の部屋の大家さん家族の声や音が聞こえてきます。こちらの音で迷惑をかけないように気を遣いました。ホテルの無いカイルアでの滞在先としてはベストだと思います。[English translation]We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed Kailua very much.The house itself is old, but well maintained, clean and comfortable.It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room. It saved me the trouble of doing laundry every day.The electric heater was not powerful enough to boil water, so we made ramen in the microwave. We also used a measuring cup to boil water by microwave. Hooray for microwaves!The only thing that bothered us was the sound leakage. We could hear the voices and sounds of the owner's family in the next room. We were careful not to bother them with our noise.I think this is the best place to stay in Kailua, where there are no hotels.
