Summary: Property needs a refurbishment and simple upgrades like tiles for the shower and pool floor - little fixes will go a long way and improve overall look and feel of the place warranting the price it has on it - currently it doesn’t feel like good value for money especially compared to other hotels in the city who have better location and look newer and more refurbished. Apparently the owner owns four different properties in the city - instead of expanding and overcharging for the rooms maybe he or she can spend more time reinvesting in existing properties; staff was great and breakfast delicious.
