This newly built 1 bedroom home is nestled in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch, Cape Town. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, built in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is also a lovely little balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the mountain view while listening to the bird song.
Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to help your holiday be convenient and hassle-free. It is open plan and has a gas stove with an electric oven, microwave, kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine. Conveniently situated right next to the kitchen is the dining room which has a round table and can seat 8 people comfortably.
Just through the entrance hall is the living room, which has 2 comfortable couches, a flat screen Tv and good Wifi that you can use to stream your favourite shows. The doors leading outside are concertina doors allowing unspoilt views of the well-manicured garden and breath-taking mountain views, while enjoying a traditional South African "braai". There is parking for 2 small cars.
