Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was completed in early 2009 and is only a 5 minute walk to beach and 20 minute walk to the historic downtown of San Jose. With a 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas, all the nightlife you could wish for is available.
The condominium complex is located close to the Sea of Cortez; the beach is a 5 minute walk from the front gate. The condo backs onto an expansive, well maintained 9 hole golf course; we are on the 3rd green. There is an ocean view from our rear balcony. Enjoy dining at the many fine restaurants in both San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. In the midst of the Art District is the Baja Brewery; served there is a variety of in-house brewed beer. Snorkelling at both Santa Maria Beach and Chileno Beach is a must. Of course, a trip to the Mexican Baja would not be complete without driving to Cerritos Beach, on the Pacific Ocean, for surfing and bodyboarding. The historic Todos Santos is a short drive further up the highway. The condominium complex’s large pool and palapa area is the perfect location to kick back, suntan, enjoy a book or swim.
