It is perfect for beach living! It is a 5 min walk to Del Mar’s Camino Del Mar, the central restaurant and shopping area in town, and a 10 min walk to Powerhouse Park and full beach access. The townhome is located within walking distance of Torrey Pines State Reserve and a quick 5-minute drive to the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, site of the 2021 US Open. The surrounding towns within a 10/15-minute drive include La Jolla, Solana Beach and Encinitas.
