Upon entering this spacious home you will notice the abundance of natural light, beautiful tall ceilings, and tasteful furnishings that bring a fresh touch to classic charm. Inside the front door is a sizeable living / dining area with two comfortable leather couches, a 50" smart TV, and a dining table with space for six. On the lower floor you will next find the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, an abundance of cabinet space, a cute breakfast table, a closet that houses the new washer/dryer, and another closet perfect for storage. Continuing towards the back of the house is the perfect office with ocean views and french doors opening up to your Mediterranean patio. The office has a twin-size day bed, a desk, and its own completely remodeled en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and the second bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, another closet, and a classic built-in with a desk and tons of storage. The oversized bathroom has double sinks, heated floors, a smart toilet with bidet, walk-in shower with rainfall head, and ocean views.
This home has been meticulously revived and updated with new features throughout. The home has new central Air Conditioning AC & Heat that you can control from the NEST thermostats. Outside of the kitchen and bathrooms, the entire home features wonderfully-restored hardwood floors.
