Unfortunately, due to HOA regulations, pets are strictly prohibited. The community pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day weekend to mid September, but this is subject to change by the HOA. This property is rented to individuals over the age of 25. The average age of the group (excluding children 14 and under) must also be 25 years old.
