Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good rental experience. We hosted a post-wedding dinner at Chirico which required more than the usual vacation planning. Jennifer Ayers from Intracoastal Realty was EXTRAORDINARY! She was so accommodating, answering all of my questions, providing us with the dimensions of the dining table, meeting my husband and I the month before our rental date to show us the house so we could take pictures for the florist. I would highly recommend Intracoastal Realty's BHI rental division. The views and the wraparound porches on the front, back and sides of the home were spectacular! Our only disappointment was the interior condition of the property. The home is curiously stuffed with furniture making it hard to move around in some of the bedrooms and the two family room areas. Additionally, the house was very dirty and we spent the first day vacuuming the floors and some of the furniture. Chirico needs an interior paint job and some new (and far less) furniture. I would recommend Chirico for a party of 8 or less however at full capacity (15, I think?) it would be very uncomfortable to move around the home.
