Come kick back and unwind in our newly remodeled backyard patio complete with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and outside dining that is just a short 10-minute drive from beautiful downtown Oceanside and the Pacific Ocean.
After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local breweries, or after visiting the many San Diego attractions, come back to enjoy the chill vibes and private hot tub or outdoor BBQ, ending with laying your head on one of 3 cloud-like memory foam mattresses.

• This property has a newly remodeled backyard patio, pool, jacuzzi, and outside dining for 8+.
• Living room area with a smart, flat-screen TV, a cluster of comfortable seating, and sliding door access to the patio.
• Located within the Loma Alta neighborhood of Oceanside, within easy walking distance to Buddy Todd Park with a children’s playground.
• Modern kitchen completes this space and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family.
• There are 3-bedrooms in this home. A king master bedroom also has sliding door access to the patio, complete with a large flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and the 3rd has a queen bed.
• 2 full bathrooms with a shower/tub combination.
• Living room comes with a full sofa bed to comfortably sleep 8 in the home.
• The pool does have the ability to be heated. There is an additional fee of $60/day for this service. It can be heated to 80 degrees. (Please note that the pool heater runs from 8AM-9PM and does take time to heat up once on)

• The minimum age to book is 25.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link.
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience!
• Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:

-No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)

-No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
