Gather at the dining room and breakfast nook with great settings for casual or formal dining while enjoying lush greenery views of the backyard. A playroom/bonus area includes a TV with convenient access to the backyard. Step out to private backyard to enjoy the great year-round weather. The backyard includes lounge seating, a firepit and a BBQ for your outdoor entertainment needs during your stay.
Relax in your master suite equipped with a TV, queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Enjoy your coffee and the morning breeze on the private balcony. Two guest bedrooms include queen-size beds (3 total) and share a guest bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. Additional features of the home include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached 3-car garage. The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. The rental can accommodate up to 8 guests and requires a 3-night minimum stay. Reservations longer than 30 nights will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
Payment of the refundable security deposit must be received prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
