Spacious and beautifully furnished Oceanside vacation home with great entertainment spaces for your enjoyment including a private pool, spa and outdoor lounge space! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home is the perfect space for your getaway with family. There are many nearby shopping plazas, community parks, local beaches and attractions only a short drive from the home. This home requires 3-night minimum stays and does not allow stays greater than 28 days. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Accommodating up to eight guests, you will enjoy the amenities including the first-floor living spaces with comfortable furnishings, separate dining space and the fully equipped kitchen.
The second floor master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, shower/tub combo, and hair dryer. Two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom by a Jack-and-Jill entrance with a shower/tub combo and hair dryer. Bed sizes in the guest bedrooms include a twin bed + trundle in one and a full bed bunk set + trundle in the other. Children’s high chair and pack and play are also available to accommodate families with small children.
The backyard oasis is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the great outdoor amenities including a pool, spa, BBQ, lounge and dining furniture. Other features of the home include air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV's, games and a washer/dryer. A highchair and a Pack 'n Play are also available for guests use. The garage has a pingpong table and a basketball arcade game for guest entertainment. Plenty of driveway and street parking space is available for guests vehicles. Optional pool heating feature available for an additional $30/day. The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels.
A short drive from the home is the Oceanside Harbor, Pier and downtown Oceanside. Offering a wide variety of locally owned restaurants, shops, bars, art studios and museums including the popular California Surf Museum and the Oceanside Museum of Art. The home is also a short drive to nearby beach towns including Carlsbad, Leucadia and Encinitas. Easy access to the Interstate-5 freeway and Coast Highway makes it a quick drive to other San Diego favorites such as area beaches, shopping, restaurants and destinations like the Del Mar Race Track, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
For the safety and security of all residents and to protect the property from any unauthorized activities, we have installed camera surveillance in a common area exterior location of the property: front facing. Please be assured that these cameras are used solely for security purposes and are not intended to intrude upon your privacy within the confines of your rental unit.
PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
Payment of the refundable security deposit must be received prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
Reservations 31+ nights may require an increase in the security deposit quoted.
