This is a very casual, informal beach home with tall ceilings, huge windows, an open floor plan, and lots of light.
Spend the day splashing in the waves, lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, and building castles before watching the sunset from the private comfort of the Living Room.
There are two bedrooms with King beds, one bath en suite, plus a separate guest bath. The total of people is five, which means four adults, and an optional child as the fifth, due to the limited holding tank capacity. A hot tub in the back yard adds privacy and protection from the wind. No pets or parties are allowed.
There is central heat, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, serving bowls, and a variety of glassware on site. There is no air conditioning because the ocean provides a cool breeze while the doors and windows are open.
It's a short10 minute walk along the beach into town for coffee/pastries in the morning, dinner, a bookstore, the Stinson Beach Market, library, kids playground, public basketball court and picnic pavilion with ping pong table.
Beach toys, chairs, and towels are provided.
A large side deck with grill and seating was completed this spring for another option to soak up the sun without leaving the house.
