Bring your swimsuit and enjoy a relaxing day in the pool. You can relax in the shade in our cabana which has a couch and two swivel rocking chairs for the ultimate relaxing lake front/pool experience!
Our beautifully remodeled RV is located on a quiet property with 400ft of waterfront for great fishing (follow parks and wildlife requirements). Minimum rental is one week, we'd prefer 2 people maximum. (Will discuss on a case to case basis.)
Bring your boat and park it right in front of your rental or in our covered boat slip. Easy access to gorgeous Lake Conroe for a day of fun and fishing! If you don't own a boat we are within 2 miles from a boat and jet ski rental location. We offer a two man kayak, paddle board and a four person pedal boat for you to use.
We provide luxury bedding and pillows for a great night's sleep. You'll wake refreshed to watch a sunrise with a cup of coffee from our one cup Keurig coffeemaker. Mornings are great for quiet time birdwatching or fishing. Relax on the brand new couch and ottoman with your feet up to watch tv or a movie from our selection of "old school" DVDs. Maybe you'd prefer to listen to music. We have a great sound system which you can enjoy outside too. If your working and vacationing there is a desk/dining table with a window to look out during breaks. Maybe you'll catch sight of our neighbors pet pig grazing. We have a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy a great meal. Cookware, utensils and wine glasses included! There is a grill so you can cook a meal while enjoying the sunset, with a view of the water or the pool with a glass of wine. If no cooking during your stay is what you want, we are close to great restaurants and pubs for a night out or most will deliver.
There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunks and a couch that converts to a full/queen bed with another TV.
You will find bottled water and a "welcome basket" filled with goodies on check in day.
There are two A/C units. One in the front and one in the back, so you will stay cool during our hot Texas summers.
We are 20 miles from The Woodlands and 5 miles from Conroe.
