Enjoy one of Michigan's finest all-sports lakes! Included at no extra charge (by adult reservation) is the use of our older 14' aluminum fishing boat w/outboard motor & plenty of gas, standup paddleboards, kayaks and bicycles.
(Note: this is just 1 of about 5-10 "Bear Lake"s in the state of Michigan; ours is the largest one, located in Manistee County, Bear Lake/Pleasanton Townships, south of Traverse City and north of Manistee, on U.S. 31.)
Older 4-bedroom/3-bathroom home. Main Floor: Full kitchen, separate dining room, living room (with 1 queen sleeper/sofa), bedroom (with queen bed), 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom. 2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms and a sleeping area (with 3 full beds and 1 single bed) and a half bathroom.
Located in a residential neighborhood only one block from Bear Lake beach/park/ playground/boat launch/shops. Only about a block to following conveniences: church, library, historical museum, post office, bank, cafe, beauty shop, gas station/convenience store, and other establishments.
During our prime summer season (late June thru early August), we rent our house as a vacation property usually by the week, Sunday to Sunday. The rest of the year has only a 3-night minimum (which still differentiates us from motels/hotels, which normally don't have such minimums).
