That's right, this property is 2nd off the beach and the gate of that yard opens so that you can walk to the beach or to The Promenade without crossing a street. The nearest public bar? It's certainly walkable along that easily accessible promenade but it's also 9 full blocks away. The 30s get a bad rep on this issue unfairly. That's further from a bar than 51st St. is. (And that bar is a pretty loud outdoor one, The Point on 43rd and the Beach.) This house is at an incredible location for your vacation.
