If you are looking forward to spending a few days in one of Santa Catarina coast most stunning beaches, this very place is just your fit! It is a small house which is part of Origin Inn guest house, one of the cozy options you have to stay there, which was designed to offer a very special experience with access to the numerous attractions of the lovely beach of Guarda do Embaú, 60 km south of Florianópolis. And we love pets, they are welcome around here (just check the rules below). The Space: There is an independent front desk on the ground floor and this house is attached to the common areas in the same ground, with direct access to the garden from one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi fast connection accessible throughout the house. The whole hostel is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and ornamental plants, creating a comfortable atmosphere and with genuine beach mood! This house 60sqm house on the ground floor is very complete because it used to be part of our home sweet home, which inspired the B&B name Origin inn! Clear and sunny, it is perfect choice for family or friends groups up to 7 people (or up to 8 if you count the sofa in the living room). It has two bedrooms being one with a queen size + a single bed and access to the shared garden and another one also with queen size bed + bunked bed. Both with split air conditioning. There is a large bathroom to be shared among all the house guests, which also has a living room with sofa and 40-inch TV (digital antenna with open channels) integrated into the space where there is a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with everything which is needed to properly prepare and serve meals. Access to a nice private balcony with another table + benches. There is free access to living areas such as well equipped kitchen, balcony with hammocks, garden with relaxing sofa and slack-line, area with tables for serving the optional breakfast or for group games. Access also to the kitchen which is shared among the other guests. It was adapted from the space where it used to be our house and turned into an integrated and cozy living area! Guest Access: We have a shared living and leisure area just perfect to join all guests and friends or family they bring along. In addition to the facilities of the suite you can enjoy the shared kitchen with stove-oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker and all the basic utensils to prepare and serve your meals. There is even a barbecue grill in an attached area, a garden with slack-line and bicycles for free use! Another amenity is the access under schedule to the laundry with minimal cost, and a delicious organic vegetable garden. If you feel like having something different, you can have (for 15 reais during off season and 20 reais during high season) a full and delicious breakfast with a variety of seasonal fruits, French and whole-grain bread, every day different cakes like our traditional carrot cake, passion fruit, orange, chocolate (famous mrs crazy cake ) buttermilk, dulce de leche, jellies, ham, cheese, salami, smoked chicken breast, teas, coffee, milk, 2 types of natural season juices, yogurt, morning cereal and granola. Our breakfast is served every day from 08:30 to 10:30 in our shared kitchen and coffee area. You can count on a special concierge’s service to schedule tours like diving, boat, trails, rafting, paragliding, etc.other facilities are minibar service (prices on the menu in each room and hair dryer or iron lending. The Neighborhood: Guarda do Embaú is one of the Santa Catarina coast gems. Its simple-easy lifestyle, with lush landscapes turns it to bvery e a "rustic and relaxing vibe & quot; kind of beach. It is inhabited mainly by native fishermen, surfers and artisans. Our refuge is in a quiet area, 350 m from the charming village Vila da Guarda (known as Guardinha), where you find supermarket, shops, pharmacy and services for your convenience. All of them are within walking distance, besides bank or ATM, which you find only in Vila Palhoça, 30 km far from there. Our place is far enough away so that the car traffic, the central buzz and the excitement do not disturb the wooded area of environmental preservation and with native forest. It could not be more perfect for those who want to enjoy day and night at maximum during their vacations and to have moments of relaxation and a restful sleep when desired. To reach the beach (at 650m) you should cross Rio da Madre in the north corner of the beach, by a trail on the coast, or by canoe / river. The beach is beautiful and excellent for surfing (9th World Surfing Reserve and 1st of Brazil). On the beach there is kayak and board rental service available to practice along the Rio da Madre. Duration: 15 minutes. Most deserted beach, also appreciated for surfing. Surrounded by dunes, rocky shores and Atlantic forest. There is no food kiosk structure or equipment rental. Urubu stone hiking path - access from the left corner of Guarda beach. 30 minutes. From the top, one can enjoy the panoramic view of the Guarda do Embaú, Rio da Madre and the surrounding beaches. Getting Around: For those who come by plane, the nearest airport to Guarda do Embaú is Hercilio Luz, in Florianópolis, 61 km away (where it is possible to rent a car). The route to Guarda do Embaú, which is southbound, takes between 1:10 and 1:20 to get to the house. The ride from Florianópolis city center to Vila Palhoça takes between 50 minutes and 1:10. Other Things to Note: - There is no ATM in Guarda do Embaú Village, only on Praia da Pinheira, 2.5 km away. -The voltage in Guarda do Embaú is 220V. Please check the voltage of your devices before plugging them, because a 110V appliance will be damaged if used in a 220V socket. - Access to the suite by stairway. - The guest agrees to send, as soon as he / she does the reservation, a list with the full names and numbers of the CPF or ID (or driver license / passport in the case of foreigners) of all guests and it may not exceed the number of guests included in the reservation. - Housekeeping of the apartment and change of bath and bed linen is carried out every 72 hours. Therefore, on weekend reservations (check-in on Friday and check-out on Sunday, cleaning and replacement of clean linen will be made only before the next check-in).
