Positive: The location is very good for the beaches we liked from our previous travel to Buzios. The bathroom was clean. The property had a working fridge, kitchen stove, and shower.
Negative: A lot of mosquitoes due to the open windows at the top. Very noisy neighbor doing repairs all days. There was no courtesy salt, sugar, tea, shampoo, conditioner, or even extra toilet paper. We had to buy our own toilet paper for our stay. I think that for the prices that were on display nearby, it was OKish, but I think it should have a bit more of courtesy assets. I paid like 100usd per night. I think toilet paper is only 3usd to buy. Like for 15 usd it could have had sugar, salt, tea and toilet paper. I don't know if it was due to low voltage or what but some lights were sometimes working, sometimes not.
Summary: Worked for what we needed, but could have been better.
