3 Bedroom House in Mentone
Enjoy our peaceful single level 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home on Lake Lahusage. Relax on the screen porch or sit on the dock. Swim in the lake and bring your kayaks/ SUP and fishing pole. Our beautiful rock home is very private on a 1 acre wooded lot that is perfect for family groups and friend get togethers. This is not a party house and booking guest must be 25 yrs or older per insurance requirements. No animals are allowed on property. This is not just a rental but our vacation home we rent when we are not using it. The house has Starlink internet and the 2 tvs are logged into Roku, Tubi and Freevee. The kitchen is well stocked and has a regular drip coffee maker with ground coffee. The diningroom seats 6+ and is a great place to play the board games provided. The screened porch is a relaxing place to watch the activities on the lake or read a book. A propane grill is on the back deck for you. The livingroom is cozy and the fireplace has a string of flame like lights as the fireplace is nonoperable and cannot have a fire . The tv is 50". The master bedroom has a king bed, room darkening shades, a small electric fireplace and a tv. The attached bathroom has a claw foot tub and a standalone shower.The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and room darkening shades. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and room darkening shades. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway between the living room and bedrooms # 2 & 3. The house has its own private dock . You can launch your kayaks and SUP from the yard or sit on the dock and enjoy the water. The Lahusage Dam is walking distance from the house.
