We as the property management company for Villa Atalaya are pleased to offer this luxurious and elegant single-family home owned by a French family of five. The home is located within the exclusive Punta Cana Resort and Golf Club with views to the Caribbean Sea and the La Cana Golf Course and just 200 yards to the beautiful Serena beach.
This magnificent home features beautifully decorated interiors and covered verandas. It has 6 spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms and closets, TV/family room, large living/drawing-room and an outdoor dining room. Sonos music system is available in the common outdoor areas as well as seamless WI-FI throughout the home, pool and the gardens. The garden as well as the construction was recently completed and no details have been spared in making this home the epitome of luxury and comfort at the same time.
Even though there are wonderful activities and a great choice of restaurants throughout the Resort and beyond, it will be very difficult for you to leave this incredible property. The cook is absolutely amazing and the food she prepares is difficult to beat and the butler will attend your every needs.
This stunning property is located only five(5) minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and boasts incredible views of the ocean and of the P.B Dye designed La Cana Golf Course. The resort is home to no others then Julio Iglesias, Mikhail Baryshnikov and the Oscar de la Renta family.
Interior design elements include floor tiles of the old colonial style (published in several luxury magazines), exotic woods and exquisite furnishings.
The main house is accessed by entering a long garden walkway leading to the grand doors and a beautiful small courtyard with tropical vegetation, palms and flowers.

Four(4) complete bedrooms en suite, each featuring closets, a seating area, an en-suite luxurious bathroom with showers and all with individually controlled AC panel and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other three have two queen size beds installed each.

The amazing cook will prepare your favorite meals or her own delicious recipes. The housekeeper will clean your rooms and do your laundry to perfection. And a gardening crew will discreetly maintain the beautiful landscape daily for your enjoyment.
Casita - two master suites (The Honey Moon Suites)
To the left of the main building you will find a short walkway leading to a detached building (casita), newly constructed in 2015. Here you find two master suites both with two king size beds installed. These two bedrooms are state of the art, modern and elegant decorated. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closet, shower and tub.
