Summary: The condo is clean and perfectly located in downtown Greenville. The check in instructions were confusing. We arrive when a fire alarm was sounding. It took several calls and messages before we received a call back. The condo does sit on a noisy street but it was not an issue. We did hear about of noise on the bedroom side. A trash compactor sits outside the building and it is quite noisy. I would recommend you offer 2 key fabs. It’s very challenging when you have 2 couples sharing 1 fab. Someone always had to be there to let the other inside.
