Outdoor patio with grill. Fire-pit. Lots of parking. Room to keep a boat and a trailer. Large yard to play games with the kids. Close to launch site at Torch River. Walking distance to marina, party store, hardware store and restaurant. Close to grocery store and numerous restaurants. Several golf courses fairly close. 30 minutes from Traverse City and 20 minutes from casino. Coin operated laundry within approximately 8 minutes. Non-smoking. Pet-free. Close to Torch River. Renters to bring own sheets and towels. Sheets can be provided for an additional charge.
