Welcome to our beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 full bath Adirondack townhouse and located just 3 miles from Whiteface Mountain and 13 minutes into Lake Placid. We are in the perfect location with close access to Whiteface and a short ride into the town of Jay. We are steps from Lake Everest Beach which has swimming, kayaks, a playground, a firepit and fishing too. Enjoy a drink on our private deck or cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. It is truly our home away from home and will be yours too!
Our main level has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and full bathrooms. The washer and dryer are in the main bathroom.
Upstairs find a beautiful, open concept great room with a gas fireplace, dining room, full kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette. A wall of sliding glass doors in our living room leads to our private deck with Adirondack chairs. The leather couch is a queen sofa bed and sheets are in the bottom drawer of the coffee table. The breakfast nook is the perfect place to work, if this is a working vacation.
Our lower level contains our 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and another full bathroom! This level also has a cozy den with a TV. This level is like it's own private suite! With the pullout couch, you can easily sleep 8 people total!
The main level has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and full bathrooms. The washer and dryer are in the main bathroom.
