Wi-Fi and full Xfinity TV includes HBO, Starz and Showtime. Light, bright and fully equipped with a private entrance, automatic security lighting, French doors to private patio with fruit bearing fig tree, built in computer desk, small kitchen table and 2 chairs, new queen size comfy foam mattress with Charisma and Calvin Klein designer linens, new ceramic bathroom tile flooring, fixtures and large closet for clothes, suitcases and other storage. Brand new, fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, large microwave and compact fridge, which holds a surprising amount for its size. Toaster, kettle, tea pot, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, corkscrew/bottle opener, can opener, cutting boards, salad bowl and tongs, colander, clothes steamer, umbrella, extra blankets. By itself at the back of the property, away from the main house, on a small, quiet street, Sweetheart Cottage for 2 is very private and peaceful. No daily housekeeping. No smoking. No pets. Not kid friendly or appropriate for children. Minimum 30-day rental to same party required by the City of Pacific Grove. $4,000 for part or all of month during high season, April thru October; $3,000 for November through March. Cleaning fee and refundable security deposit.
