Central to everything in the area, this unit was completely renovated in May of 2023 and boasts all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight. Living room has a 65" television with AppleTV. Two large bedrooms each have King sized beds and bathroom en suites - perfect for guests who want privacy.
Situated directly across the street from the Palm Springs airport but clear of the flight path, enjoy the convenience and cost savings of leaving your vehicle in a gated community and taking a short 10 min walk to make your flight. Electric vehicle charging stations on property (charging costs are separate).
La Palme is a smoke free condo complex that has 6 pools, 6 hot tubs and 3 tennis courts. Please note a cleaning fee of $125 is charged for a cleaning service to come to the unit at minimum once a month.

Summary: We absolutely loved 52 LaPalme! Everything about it. It is stylishly and comfortably appointed, excluding a kind of zen elegance: impeccable attention to detail. We loved the morning sunlight flooding the living room and the balcony overlooking the pool. The unit feels spacious, easily accommodating us and our dog for two months as well as friends who visited for five days. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve seen in a VRBO. We also appreciated the entire complex which is lovely and very well maintained. Great location. Last, but not least, Brandon is a most gracious host. He had a welcome note waiting for us on arrival and checked in with us after about a week to see how things were going and ask if we had questions. He promptly forwarded all information from the HOA that pertained to work being done that could impact us. Best of all, he provided a treasure trove of information about the condo, the complex, and the greater Palm Springs area.
