Summary: Arrived and slow check in. Given room with AC that wouldn't get cool, tv got no stations, and shower was broken! Moved me to a room but after 9 pm and I had 5 am flight the next day. Second room much better, but carpet dingy and everything well worn. Not up to standards of a 4* hotel. Disappointed and will not return.
