This luxurious 7 bedroom and 9 bathroom privately owned villa is a dream home located in Corales the most exclusive residential area within the Punta Cana Resort & Club. In this community are homes owned by no other than Julio Iglesias, Mikhail Baryshnikov and the well-known De La Renta family.
This magnificent oceanfront residence is graced by outstanding views over the Corales Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. It simply doesn’t get better than this.
The villa embodies the Caribbean way of life, with many outdoor living spaces and dining areas. The home is furnished in a very contemporary and luxurious style and expense has been spared. There is a sophisticated, but easy to use, music system throughout the home, garden and pool area, with several wall mounted tablets to adjust the music as one prefers.
The villa consists of three independent buildings with a large enclosed courtyard centered in the middle.
The left wing consists of two guest bedrooms and a shared family/TV room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and closet.
The right wing is the service wing. Here you will find two staff bedrooms, a separate kitchen and living area, and the laundry room.
In the main building you will find a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms on ground floor, all with their own private bathroom and closets. On first floor is the large grand salon and the main dining area. On ground floor, one will find the family/entertainment room and the main kitchen. The main kitchen is very modern and is fully equipped to the highest standards.
The views from many of the bedrooms and terraces are just breath-taking, overlooking the pristine Corales Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, and the turquoise Atlantic Ocean in the back ground. It’s just picture perfect.

From the moment I chose to book, the upfront customer service provided by the Kim, the property manager and Julissa our concierge was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, addressing all our needs with a smile and making us feel truly welcomed. The real stars of our stay were the incredible staff members. Our butler, Miguel and Carmelo were exceptional, always anticipating our needs and providing top-notch service with warm personalities. Chef Racquel prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever tasted, showcasing a wonderful range of culinary skills that delighted our taste buds every day. Sous chef Angi was equally impressive, assisting Racquel and ensuring that every dish was perfect. Jennifer and team made sure housekeeping was immaculate.
