Welcome to Paradise Retreat ~ This home has the best to offer in location, amenities, and comfort! The prime North Scottsdale location puts you within minutes of the best Scottsdale attractions. The fabulous shopping and dining offered in both the Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter are less than 3 miles away and Old Town Scottsdale is just a 10-minute drive. For an outdoor adventure, you are minutes away from multiple hiking trails and of course to many golf courses to name them all.
Paradise Retreat is furnished with comfort in mind throughout. There is a plush oversized sectional in the living room, two enormous bean bag chairs in the game room, and memory foam mattresses throughout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal or bake your favorite treats. The stovetop and oven are convection for those who like to cook this is just an added bonus. Each bedroom has a TV with streaming capabilities or a DVD/BlueRay player for your enjoyment. Both the living room TV and outdoor TV have cable TV available.
All of this is sounds fabulous right? Well, we saved the best for last. The BACKYARD! You will never want to go inside once you've stepped outside here. The resort-style play pool has a waterfall and the ability to be heated with an additional pool heat fee. However, the pool fountain can not be on while the heater is being used. If you enjoy grilling you will enjoy the outdoor kitchen with bar top and stools. There you will find the propane grill and a mini-fridge for your favorite drinks. There is also a lounge area with comfy seating all centered around the cable TV. This is a great place to watch your favorite sporting events while enjoying the wonderful AZ outdoors.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65/day plus tax. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
