There are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each - two on the main floor and one on the second floor. There are also two fold-down couches in the basement “TV Cave” that pull out to queen size beds. Along with the TV Cave there is a workout room, full bathroom and laundry room in the basement. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, newly renovated bath and kitchen and a cozy dining and living room with a gas fireplace and TV. Upstairs in addition to the third bedroom there is a loft area which has a dedicated work space, game room and library. In the private fenced backyard you’ll find a covered patio for dining al fresco, and a wood fire pit. The driveway will accommodate two cars and there is ample parking on the side street. Steps away is Jane Newcom park that has a walking/running path and links up to the great trail system in Dayton and greater Ohio.
