The condo is just steps away from one of three community pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and only minutes from downtown. Decorator colors and custom window coverings add distinctive upscale touches. The beautiful, lush south-facing patio is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
The master has its own full bath and the bedroom sliding glass door opens to a large, private teak patio. The open floor plan creates a sense of space and flow. Two bedrooms have new queen-sized beds and the den has a double bed pull-out futon. Television in the master bedroom, the den and living room with full cable, Internet and landline for country-wide calls. Two televisions have DVR boxes for recording.
Unfortunately, I am not able to consider rentals for less than 28 days according to the rules and regulations of the Homeowner's Association.
