Positive: Location was really good, close to Dollywood which was nice for us as we inadvertanly had to buy passes to the water park to make up for the fact that there was no pool as pictured in the ad for the property. Place was quaint and cozy.
Negative: There is a serious cockroach problem in this place. It was like it was sprayed before we got there because we didn't see any for the first 2 days, but after that they were coming out a lot. We killed or say anywhere from 3-8 each dat after that. This should be taken care of. There were also pictures of a pool in the ad and when we got there we found out that we didn't have access. This was a big blow for the kids as they all anticipated swimming and were very excited about it. We're supposed to receive a 15% refund in an effort to make that right, which we're waiting on. We ended up buying passes to the Dollywood waterpark to make up for it for the kids, but this was a big miss on the part of owner or whoever set up the ad on booking.com.
Summary: Quaint, in nature and close to Dollywood but the cockroaches and absence of pool were not acceptable
