This luxury villa is set on the side of a hill securing unobstructed forever views. The house offers complete privacy with a swimming pool (5m x 10m) surrounded by beautiful gardens. The property consists of a four-bedroom main villa with a large gym and sauna area. As well as a one-bedroom flat joint to the main villa which contains also an en-suit bathroom, small kitchen, living room and dining room. The apartment separates a large patio and barbecue area. Fully air-condition and gas central heating.

Approximate time from the Paphos airport to the property is 44 minutes in current traffic (35km).
From Paphos Internation Airport head towards Paphos town on the route B6. When you reach the first roundabout in Geroskipou are go ahead straight. On your way you will see Petrolina Servise Station on your right, after it take first turn to the left and keep going straight until T-junction, then turn right. Keep going straight until second roundabout, turn right there (keep third exit). Continue go ahead and you will reach third roundabout by Kings Avenue Mall. Then you will drive approximately 12 km only straight until other one small roundabout in Coral Bay area, before it turn right and after first to the left. Keep going straight on Pervolion street. On T-junction turn left and after first right to the church. Go straight and in a while take first turn right. Keep going straight (on some part road goes mild on the left). Continue straight up. After you pass small church the road goes a bit on the right. Keep going straight and after to the left and again to the left. Keep going and you will see villa on your left hand side.
