Stunning Boutique condo with a full view of the Gulf. The best sunrise and sunset you could ever see. Our complex has all the best amenities. In ground pools, a spa and much more. With 2 BR, 2 BA plus a bonus room (with twin bed), this is the more spacious version of the 2 BR homes found in Legacy Towers. Its 3rd floor location offers fantastic views of the resort-style pool and the live oak tree where our neighborhood great blue heron frequently comes to roost when he’s through fishing in the Sound. The large balcony with new patio furniture provides the perfect vantage point for viewing fantastic sunsets, the white sand against sparkling water, and Gulf Coast nature. Enjoy dinner and cocktails on the veranda without the wind-tunnel effect sometimes found on higher floors.
We love to cook and entertain and have equipped our kitchen for this purpose. Blender for margaritas or dacquiris. Stock pot for a shrimp or crawfish boil. The condo is set to entertain and enjoy: cloth napkins from Tommy Bahama, glassware, barware, and restaurant-white dinner plates. But if home cooking isn’t in your plans, restaurants and bars, not to mention casinos, are only a short distance away.
The master suite has a king size bed furnished with a duvet, down comforter and quality sheets. It opens directly onto the balcony and offers a wonderful wake-up view of the beach and water. Its private bath has double granite sinks, garden tub, and separate shower.
The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and direct access to the guest bath with shower-tub combination. A bonus room is equipped with a twin bed.
