Our property is a smoke free area. Additionally strong smelling foods are not allowed (A $100 air out cleaning fee may be applied if smoking and/or food smells persist after the guests stay).
Visitors need to be approved that aren’t part of the booking party. A cash charge for visitors of $25/day may be applied. The dog fee is $25/pet/day. Pets in the house must maintain a "4 paws on the floor" policy. Please no dogs on the furniture and/or beds. If you wish to leave your pet behind during your stay, they must be kenneled if left inside. Contact owner for questions regarding any other pets not mentioned above.
